North Carolina Debtor Education Course
Debtoredu.com provides North Carolina residents with an online version of the Debtor Education Course. The pre-discharge bankruptcy course is approved by the North Carolina Bankruptcy Administrator and is available in both English and Spanish.
The 2005 amendments to the Bankruptcy Code require debtors to complete a second bankruptcy course prior to receiving a bankruptcy discharge. This course is also known as the debtor education course, post-bankruptcy counseling, post-bankruptcy course, pre-discharge course or the post-filing bankruptcy debtor education course.
Debtoredu.com provides the North Carolina second bankruptcy course in written, audio, and video formats and provides the post-filing bankruptcy certificate immediately after completion of the course. The post-bankruptcy counseling is a no-fail course (you cannot fail the course).
